I have been a new member of the DELIGO AG partner team since January 2021. Entrepreneurial thinking and action have determined my everyday professional life for over 25 years. As managing partner of an IT system house and employer, as interim manager with personnel responsibility, as external senior project manager in international and multi-cultural teams, I know both sides of the table. It is therefore easy for me to recognise the needs and motivations of companies and applicants and to bring them together in a successful combination. My focus at DELIGO AG is on IT professions, engineering and related technical fields. I have found my second home in Rüschlikon ZH and enjoy the balance and relaxation on the water and in nature. I find inner balance in Zen meditation and, time permitting, in a Buddhist monastery.
