Natasha has over 7 years recruitment experience, both from the UK and Australia and leads Ampersand International’s Project Services, Business Change & Transformation practice. With a proven track record delivering talent on a number of high profile projects, Natasha prides herself on ensuring she provides the highest level of service to both her clients and candidates. She builds long term partnerships and enjoys identifying the holistic needs of an organisation as well as securing the best talent for them.

When not at work, Natasha can be found on the coastal walk between Bondi & Coogee, as she is currently in training for the Sydney Marathon!
