In addition to his high school diploma, Marlon Schatte completed a dual apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and studied communication management at the Business School Berlin. As a native of Berlin, Mr. Schatte quickly built up a national, sustainable network through his work in various industries and is very familiar with the challenges and requirements of primarily family-run companies. Through his commitment to the Founders Foundation, Mr. Schatte connects family-run medium-sized businesses with promising ventures. With a focus on the industry, IT, life science, mobility and start-ups sectors, Mr. Schatte develops a trusting and long-term relationship with his clients when filling executive positions.
