Bob has extensive work experience gained largely within the private sector in Banking and Finance. He held a number of Senior HR Management roles prior to entering the Recruitment industry. He commenced this in 1999 at Waite InterSearch where he remained for 7 years. He joined Beilby in early 2006 where he has continued to enjoy a successful career as an Executive Recruiter targeting a broad range of industries and roles. He has primarily operated at middle and senior levels within disciplines including manufacturing, engineering, wholesale, financial services, government, building / construction and not for profit sectors. His broad knowledge and experience has resulted in successfully sourcing and completing executive recruitment assignments such as: MD, GM, CEO, CFO, Manager Operations, Director / Manager Human Resources, Manager OH&S, National Sales & Marketing Manager and various Engineering roles. He enjoys most sports, is an AFL and Essendon Football Club member and a proud grandad.
