Gustav Brown is a Managing Director at ECA, where he works with clients to fill executive and project-based roles across a broad range of industries – including healthcare, biotech, manufacturing and technology. Prior to joining ECA, Gustav worked as a research fellow at the National University of Singapore and at UCLA, where he completed his PhD in Sociology. He is a former Fulbright Scholar whose research centered on how organizational dynamics and practices, including hiring, shape the impact that social organizations have in both national politics and local communities. Gustav graduated with a PhD in Philosophy and Sociology from UCLA.
