Mark brings over 30 years of professional executive search experience to ZRG. As a self-described "technology geek", he enjoys working with founders and investor teams that are applying disruptive technology like AI, Blockchain, IoT, and Renewable Energy to speed up, clean up, and simplify old line businesses. Before joining ZRG, Mark was a partner at Ward Howell International, a boutique executive search firm located in New York City. In his earlier career, Mark served as the CEO and Founder of BBA International, an executive advisory and independent executive search firm. With key expertise in venture capital and private equity portfolio company development, he has recruited top talent in mobility (Communications, IoT, Sensors and Semiconductors), vertically focused information technology companies (Consumer Electronics, Enterprise, FinTech, RegTech), and sustainability (AgTech, CleanTech, FoodTech). Mark resides in Connecticut and as a former chef and restaurant owner, is keenly interested in how technology can be used to develop a healthier, sustainable food system.
