Caroline is an Associate Director within psd’s Hotels, Leisure & Travel practice. She specialises in senior roles in Operations, HR and Marketing in the Restaurant, Bar and Retail hospitality sectors. Graduating in Hospitality Management at Leeds Metropolitan University, Caroline spent 12 years managing independent restaurants, wine bars and gastropubs in London. She joined psd in 2003 and recruits for clients in the Restaurant, Bar & Retail and Hospitality sectors. Caroline has developed partnerships in leading branded and unbranded restaurant groups throughout the UK.
