Fran is a Managing Director in the Services practice of Sheffield Haworth, where she specialises in supporting white collar servicing organisations to drive value creation. Her industry coverage spans Professional Services, Regulation & Compliance, Business Process Outsourcing/Managed Services, Information & Data services, Fund Administration and Fintech/RegTech. A Hogan Accredited Assessor, Fran partners with clients to deliver retained search mandates, leadership assessment programmes, targeted team lifts alongside identifying acquisition targets. Ahead of joining SH, Fran spent 5 years with a City based boutique search firm where she built the global Asset Servicing offering and prior to this was a Consultant at another boutique specialising in Private Equity. Fran returns to Sheffield Haworth having spent her early research career with the firm and leads our DEI Socio-Economic diversity group.
