Laurent Lethuilier has been a Consultant and then Manager in a Recruitment Consulting Firm for 12 years. Before directing his career towards executive search, he held sales and marketing management positions for 15 years in the worlds of consumer goods, services and Distribution. Its knowledge of the different trade professions, its business culture and its appetite for people allow it today to support its clients in the recruitment and evaluation of senior executives. Having recently joined the MacAnders management team, he manages a team in the Paris office made up of high-performance and highly specialized Consultants and Researchers. Laurent holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Le Havre, he speaks fluent English and Spanish and is certified in Processcom, Assessfirst, Agility, and MBTI assessment and development tools.
