Brad has successfully conducted searches for hundreds of c-suite and senior level executives for leading U.S. and global companies in healthcare services, technology, financial services and industrial industries. With almost twenty years of executive search experience, he specializes in recruiting CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CIOs and senior executives for the industries he serves. Brad was formerly a Partner with TalentRISE and prior to that the founder and President of BeechTree Partners, an international executive search and consulting firm. A results-oriented executive search consultant, Brad has built a reputation for a tireless commitment to client service and superior execution. As a result, he has been honored with searches from some of the nation’s most prominent companies. Brad is a frequent speaker and contributor to his clients, associations and executives in transition. He has partnered with some of the countries largest out placement companies, helping them find the right opportunities for their valued clients. Brad is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, HIMSS and AHIP. He attended Hampden Sydney College in Virginia and completed his education in business administration at The Ohio State University.
