Georgie leads the recruitment in Health, Beauty and Lifestyle industries across ANZ and Asia Pacific. Based on the Gold Coast, Georgie is an expert in headhunting and placing global talent into marketing, sales and digital roles across SMEs and premium brands. Georgie’s industry expertise comes from several years’ experience working with major global FMCG brands in a number of sales and marketing roles. Combining her passion for health, beauty and wellness, with her extensive knowledge of how the industry operates, Georgie is able to offer her candidates and clients an exceptional recruitment service. Georgie focuses on mid-senior and executive level roles, having successfully placed candidates from Brand Managers, National Account Managers and Head of Communications right through to VP of Sales and Marketing Directors. In the digital space, she has worked with Social Media and Campaign Specialists, Head of Ecommerce, E-retail Managers and Digital Marketers. Before joining CSG, Georgie spent 4 years in London recruiting into major global health and beauty brands. She decided to relocate home to Australia last year and continues to focus on developing similar markets across the globe. Georgie is passionate about business and founded a successful brand activations and promotions agency whilst at university. This experience has deepened her understanding of how businesses operate, allowing her to better support her clients and candidates.
