Andrew is a Principal with Challis & Company, an integrated strategic leadership consultancy. In recent years, Andrew has worked for two other global executive search firms, CTPartners and DHR International. His executive search experience spans a range of industries, with an emphasis on financial and professional services, and has included the appointment of C-level and other senior executives at many corporations, international investment banks, private equity funds, strategic consulting firms and commercial banks. He has also been active in sourcing key senior corporate strategy and development executives for a wide range of ASX-listed corporations as well as Australian subsidiaries of multinational companies. Andrew also serves as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the Australian Graduate School of Management ('AGSM'), UNSW Sydney. He teaches a core management and leadership subject, and evaluates corporate strategy and transformation projects in the MBA (Executive) program. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Statistics) from Macquarie University and an MBA (with distinction) from the AGSM, jointly awarded by UNSW Sydney and The University of Sydney. He is currently pursuing doctoral research studies as a Ph.D. candidate in management and economics at UNSW Sydney.
