Jess joined The Omerta Group in 2025 as an Associate, based in London. She is part of the Investment Banking and Private Markets Investing practice, supporting the Partners and Consultants on all aspects of search execution. Prior to joining The Omerta Group Jess worked as a 360 recruitment consultant where she specialised in Residential Property. Jess graduated with a BA (Hons) in Human Geography from the University of Exeter.
