As an Associate Partner, I advise globally and nationally operating corporations as well as family businesses in the consumer goods industry.

With my background in business administration and psychology, I support you in building and developing high-performing leadership teams . These teams are able to successfully meet business and cultural challenges in disruptive times.
A key component of my work is the use of evidence-based personality diagnostics and Hogan Leadership Assessments. These provide in-depth, action-oriented insights into personality, values, and leadership potential. This reveals which attitudes shape behavior and performance, where unconscious patterns block change, and how these can be addressed constructively.
Before joining GET AHEAD Executive Search, I worked as a Managing Director, developing trading companies both strategically and operationally. This allowed me to gain deep insights into all areas of business – expertise that I now bring to bear in my consulting work with clients.
