She graduated in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the Complutense University of Madrid. She completed her studies with a Master's degree in Digital HR Management and Big Data. She began her professional career with several internships at various headhunting and consulting firms. After completing this internship, she began her professional career at an HR startup in the recruitment department. In 2019, she joined an Executive Search firm as a consultant. In 2021 she joined the Euromanager team as a Consultant. Patricia speaks Spanish and English.
