Luke is an accountable and results-oriented HR professional with 16+ years of experience in HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and HR Operations. As Managing Director for Professional Recruiting within Human Resource Solutions at Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting, Luke now uses his practitioner experience and business acumen to deliver solutions for our clients within the industry. Most recently, Luke spent 12+ years with Target Corporation in Minneapolis, MN, serving in the following capacities: Supplier Diversity; HR Business Partner across multiple functions; Leader of the HQ Lead HR Specialist team. Prior to Target, Luke worked in DEI & Supplier Diversity at General Mills in Golden Valley, MN. Luke holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. John’s University-MN and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business. He’s active in youth basketball and serves on the Minnetonka Boys Basketball Association Board of Directors. Luke has a deep appreciation for life/work balance and values family, friends, health, integrity, and honesty in both his personal and professional lives!
