An alumnus of University of Alberta, Bruce has been working within the consumer products industry for the last 25 years. He spent 13 years working on the client side with Wrigley's and Abbott Laboratories in Sales, Category Management, Marketing, and National Sales Leadership. In short, he has walked many a mile in your shoes. Bruce returned to Vancouver in 1998 and began working in executive search, specializing in all positions related to the consumer products industry.

In late 2010, Bruce founded MacDonald Search Group, where he provides the leadership, expertise and vision for the firm's efforts across all industries and positions throughout Canada.
