Starting her career with PCI Executive Search Consultants, after her graduation from university in year 2006, Peggie grew from a researcher to the Search Lead within 8 years in executive search. She made a move to JD.com in Year 2014, experienced from the roles of Talent Acquisition Manager, Executive’s C&Bs and later on Executive’s Stocks Plan. Re-joined PCI as a Senior Consultant in 2021, Peggie has equipped herself with fruitful knowledge and experience from both sides of the table – both Search Specialist and also the Corporate HR management. In possession of 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Peggie is able to provide her clients with the best match of the talent on one hand, and the valuable career advices to the talented candidates on the other hand. With Peggie’s past experiences, she focuses her effort in assisting her clients in the executive recruitment in Technology, Digital, and Industrial markets.
