Mr. Singh joined Executive Access in 2008. He brings with him more than 30 years of diversified experience across industries and geographies. He has held several HR Leadership roles in diverse Manufacturing / Industrial and Consumer Durable companies in India. He has worked in companies like Citi Bank, BHEL, Eicher, Metal Box, Eaton Corp, Shriram Group in India and abroad. An MBA from the University Business School – Chandigarh, he has been trained in Hay Job Evaluation Methodology, Competency Mapping / Profiling as also Executive Coaching and has been on the interview panel of top Business Schools and Corporates. MR is an avid sports lover and has played for the Ranji trophy.
