Ben has been involved in Joss Search since it was founded, predominantly as a non-executive. He joined the team full-time in January 2018 having spent the previous six years launching and growing popchips to exit in the UK & EU and prior to that spending three years at innocent drinks.

He is passionate about brands, Arsenal, surfing and spending time with Sivan and their daughters Ariella and Maisie.
