She holds a degree in Psychology, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, and an Executive MBA from EAE Business School. After a brief internship, in 2011, she joined a Spanish generalist executive search firm where, for nine years, she managed executive search projects for companies across various sectors and types. She also actively participated in the management of Human Resources Consulting projects. At the same time, she collaborated with a digital newspaper to publish articles related to HR and the business world and gave informative talks to promote employability for professionals actively seeking employment. Since May 2021, she has been part of the Euromanager Madrid team as a Senior Consultant. Carla speaks Spanish and English.
