Grainne started her career working with two global pharmaceutical companies, helping them execute their organizational development and staffing strategy mandates. Following that she spent almost ten years in a boutique search firm, where she was able to fine tune her experience in Search and Selection. Joining Summit Search Group in 2007, Grainne partnered with Chris Boyd to establish and expand the Toronto Branch.

Grainne’s expertise is in defining, locating, qualifying and securing talented candidates. Her strength is in working with clients to acquire an in-depth understanding of their selection methods and organizational structure. Grainne believes that search is about people and partnerships. With her collaborative and consultative approach she is committed to developing enduring, effective and long term relationships with all her partners in business.
