Jan has been working in the executive search industry for more than 25 years and has solid experience handling international and national assignments at top and middle management levels.
Jan is Senior Partner and Chairman of the Board at IRC Finland (Search & Selection - S&S Consulting Oy Ab), one of the leading recruitment companies in Finland. Jan is one of the founding partners of the company. Before S&S Consulting, Jan worked as a recruitment team manager in another search company in Finland for 9 years. Jan holds a Master in Economics from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki.
IRC Finland (S&S Consulting) is the founding member of IRC Global Executive Search Partners. Jan served as a Member of the IRC Executive Board from 1993 to 2009 and currently he is the Treasurer of the group.
