Roberto is the Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson Colombia. He is the Head of the Non Profit and Technology Practices and member of the Oil & Gas and Mining practices.​ He is a leader on the search practice of board Member Directors, CEOs, and C-Suite positions for National and Multinational Companies.​ He started his professional career as a Human Resources Consultant in the executive search sector in Colombia and Venezuela with Top Management International, formerly the recruitment division of Ernst & Young. He was the founder of the first Human Cloud Platform in Colombia, elempleo.com, in association with one of the biggest publishing houses in Colombia, El Tiempo.​ ​He holds a Business Administration degree from Universidad EAN (School of Business Administration), President Program at Harvard Business School (HBS), INALDE Business School and Top Management program at Universidad de los Andes.​
