Roy Hitchman studied chemistry at the University of Zurich and at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences Winterthur. He has more than 40 years of experience in executive search and selection. In 1986, he founded Roy C. Hitchman AG, which was a member of Penrhyn International, a global network of independent executive search firms, from 1992 to 2014. Since 1974, he has filled a variety of board, management and executive positions as well as all important line and staff functions in a wide range of industries. His clients included multinational corporations as well as owner-managed companies in Switzerland, Germany and other European countries. He was a member of the Board of Directors of MM Warburg Bank (Switzerland) AG from 1998 to 2014 and Chairman of Penrhyn International from 2000 to 2002. Roy Hitchman left the company operationally in mid-2016. He continues to be available to the company as a knowledge partner.
