With 30 years of experience in recruitment within the construction sector, I've grown into an experienced headhunter. I've worked at various levels, which allows me to easily empathize with an organization and its challenges. I started Dux Nova in 2011 because I felt things could be even better. I connect people, which I love and which energizes me. My positive attitude and open communication often take me further than others. I love being outdoors and have, according to those around me, an excessive fascination with (old) cars.
