Emily is a Senior Executive Recruiter who focuses on all operations-related roles across food, beverage, beauty, and cannabis. She enjoys getting to know the various brands and the candidates she works with, and loves the moment when that perfect fit of experience and culture aligns. Prior to joining ForceBrands, she was the Director of Operations at The 86 Company, where she wore many different hats for the startup spirits company. She brings that knowledge of supply chain and business analytics, in addition to her experience as head of HR, to her role as a recruiter, giving her insight into a variety of roles and client needs. She has a history of working with companies from the ground floor, including the Ne Timeas Restaurant Group in San Francisco (flour + water, Central Kitchen, Trick Dog, etc.) and The 86 Company (Fords Gin) and is extremely proud to have played a part in their development. She carries that into her work at ForceBrands, enjoying the opportunity to play a role in the growth of exciting brands and expanding organizations. Emily has a bachelor’s in Anthropology from UC Berkeley and an MBA from San Francisco State.
