Constanze is a managing partner and the founder of i-potentials. Having been active in the digital economy for 15 years, Constanze has accompanied the growth and transformation of countless well-known startups and scaleups in the DACH region – including Delivery Hero & Mister Spex. She is a recognized expert on future leadership and provides her expertise as a board member, business angel, speaker, author and advisor to German policymakers. She began her career in 2006 as an executive assistant at Spreadshirt (a German e-commerce pioneer) and went on to shape the leadership and organizational structures of companies that are now beacons of the German innovation landscape. Back in 2015, the Boston Consulting Group and “Manager Magazin” named her one of the 50 most influential women in German business. In 2021, the German business daily “Handelsblatt” named her one of the 50 most influential Women in Tech.
