Sabrina brings extensive experience in global executive search across a broad range of functions and disciplines within the life sciences sector. Her core focus has been on the appointment of board/C-Suite level leadership across R&D, technical operations/manufacturing, regulatory, finance and commercial, predominantly across Europe and the US. Sabrina has worked with a wide spectrum of clients including biotech, pharma, healthcare services and medtech (FTSE, NASDAQ, Private Equity and Venture Capital). Sabrina is based in London, UK and joined Coulter Partners in 2022. Sabrina joined Coulter Partners from Spencer Stuart, where she served as an Associate, part of the Global Healthcare Practice. Prior to her career in industry, she worked with the NHS. Sabrina holds a bachelor’s of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Southampton, UK, where her research focused on medical law. She is a native English and Spanish speaker.
