Maxime DELESALLE is a graduate of the Institute of Political Studies of Bordeaux (IEP, political and social section) and SKEMA Lille (Master Communication). He began his career in internet media (Real Media then Microsoft), and continued his career at Boulanger, as Product Manager then E-Commerce Offer Manager. He joined the firm in 2007 as a Consultant and Partner. He developed Keyman's presence with retail, industry and media & new technologies customers. He also advises SMEs-SMIs. Maxime manages the Hunting Division (Recruitment Officers) and develops the Industry and IT / Digital majors within the firm. A true fighter, Maxime is a man of challenges that he meets with ease and curiosity. His sense of communication, his open-mindedness and his patience allow him to always move forward. Maxime never misses a dinner with friends or family because he loves discussions, debates and laughter. Passionate about reading (biographies, essays, thrillers), Maxime loves stories tinged with a touch of dark humor. To the sound of the impatient horns of certain motorists, Maxime prefers the deep and voluptuous notes of a Gainsbourg or a Bashung.
