Paula Guerra is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Rio de Janeiro office and a member of the Industrial and Energy practices. She focuses on C-Level positions for local and multinational companies and investment funds. She also has expertise in supply chain, operations, and sales roles.

Paula has more than 10 years of experience in executive search. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she was a partner at 2Get, a local executive search firm in Brazil, acquired by Heidrick in 2019. Previously, she worked in a large local executive search firm as a senior researcher.
