Kirsten serves as a Senior Executive Search Consultant, focusing on the recruitment of senior-level executives for organizations locally, regionally and nationally. She specializes on Finance and Accounting positions across industries, completing searches for FP&A Managers to Chief Financial Officers, to VPs of Finance, Directors of Analytics and more. Kirsten also performs executive searches for nonprofits that focus in all mission areas, from animal welfare, arts and culture, education, environmental, healthcare, human rights, to social services. Prior to joining FGP, Kirsten spent 3 years doing program management and development for various nonprofits. She also taught 1st grade in Nashville before moving to Greenville. Kirsten is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
