Over the years, she has held a variety of roles within the recruitment industry, including Researcher, Consultant, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. She is highly skilled at managing full-cycle recruitment and search assignments for senior positions and specialist roles across a broad range of industries and functions. Anna also has extensive experience leading larger international recruitment projects. In addition to her executive search expertise, Anna has gained valuable experience from in-house recruitment within a global industrial group, further strengthening her understanding of the entire recruitment process. Anna has a particularly strong track record in executive searches within the following functions: Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Legal, HR & Administration, Supply Chain & Operations, and Sustainability. She is also certified in several psychometric tools, including both personality and analytical assessments.
