Don Chang is a Senior Advisor at NGS Global, Korea and is based in Seoul. He brings in-depth experience in the IT and Technology area focusing on new business development, senior-level leadership development, and C-level searches as a trusted advisor. Mr. Chang’s clients include diverse companies across multiple industries, including big data, artificial intelligence and blockchain. Prior to joining NGS Global, Mr. Chang was a senior director at Ernst & Young Korea, executive director at Deloitte Korea, vice president of SAS Korea, and director at Oracle USA. Aside from IT, he has authored a handful of books related to human resources, and advises clients on how to identify and evaluate top executives with an extensive background in blockchain, big data, and deep learning. In addition, Mr. Chang lectures part-time at Seoul School of Science and Technology MBA program. Mr. Chang is bilingual in English and Korean and a passionate marathoner, golfer, and hiker.
