Kelly Lavigne is Managing Director focusing on recruiting for investment banks. She places investment banking candidates at all levels. Prior to joining Glocap, Kelly was a founding member of Reilly Partners, a retained search firm based in Chicago, Illinois, where she focused on executive level searches in financial management, operations, marketing and advertising. Before joining Reilly Partners, Kelly served as Principal at DHR International, the nation's fifth largest retained executive search firm. Kelly studied Spanish and American Studies at the University of Notre Dame. She is married with three children and resides in Connecticut.
