Jerick Paquinto

Jerick Paquinto is a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Construction across Central Texas. He focuses on business development and full-cycle recruiting, partnering with top general contractors to find high-level talent that actually fits—on paper and in real life.

Having built and owned his market, Jerick has developed a strong network across the Texas construction industry. His approach is simple: keep it real, move fast, and don’t waste anyone’s time. He takes pride in understanding both sides of the deal and making matches that make sense long-term—not just quick wins.

Known for his energy, responsiveness, and ability to get things done, Jerick is committed to delivering a high level of service… while keeping the process as painless as possible (which, if you’ve worked with recruiters before, you know is saying a lot).

Outside of work, Jerick has a background in boxing, competing in many national tournaments over the years. Don’t worry—these days he sticks to closing deals, not throwing punches. When he’s not working, he’s usually training, spending time with family, or finding new ways to stay competitive.
