Mrs Conway brings over 20 years of client account management and consulting experience in the United Kingdom and Europe.

Prior to joining the Korn Ferry, she has worked with market leading HRCM systems, assessments, and learning providers across solutions that cover the end to end talent lifecycle.

Her particular expertise is in helping organizations align best in breed talent process, learning and assessment solutions, to deliver real organizational benefits.

Most recently she has worked on large leadership assessment requirements with a major UK Utilities company and other clients in the Industrial Sector.

She has also significant experience with many large public sector institutions in the United Kingdom including MOD, HMRC, NHS, and Royal Mail implementing graduate, entry level, and front line assessment recruiting solutions.

Ms. Conway holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Reading, in the United Kingdom.
