Sébastien Baciocchini starts his career by leading a transformation project for the LAFARGE Group, then in executive training with CEGOS and in organizational consulting where he works as a partner of the STRATORG firm in the construction and utilities sectors as well as industry, particularly automotive, aeronautics and pharmaceuticals, with small and medium-sized companies and subsidiaries of large groups. In 2006, he founds DIALECTIC, a human resources consulting and permanent or temporary executive recruitment company dedicated to these sectors, then in 2009 he co-founds an interim management company which he manages and develops for almost 12 years. Sébastien is a graduate from ESCP Europe Business School and holds a European Master of Science in Management from Oxford University and a Kaufmann Diploma in Germany.
