Grant Nichol is Managing Partner at NGS Global based in Melbourne, Australia. He has over 20 years’ experience in the executive search industry. Prior to joining NGS Global, Mr. Nichol was Director and Head of KPMG’s Melbourne search practice. His work involved senior level appointments across government, higher education and public and private corporations. Much of Mr. Nichol’s work involved extensive international search campaigns including numerous senior level appointments in the Australian university sector – Deputy Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, Executive Dean, and many leading research chairs. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Nichol worked with Korn/Ferry International focusing on the financial services sector. Before entering the executive search industry, Mr. Nichol was a clinical psychologist in a private practice and held numerous appointments with the then Victorian Department of Health. His last role was Head of the Health Department’s Forensic Psychology Services. Mr. Nichol holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, a Master of Psychology, and MBA. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
