Donna leads Keynote Group’s executive search practice that combines leading edge technology, team dynamic analysis and headhunting with dedicated post-placement support. In 2006, Donna relocated to Canada to support the launch of an international recruitment firm and played a critical role in the firm’s success. In 2009, she started her own firm which provided the foundation for Keynote to grow into one of Ottawa’s fastest growing businesses. Donna has an impressive career in recruitment and search, personally delivering over $4 million worth of placements. Donna was awarded Business Woman of the Year from the Women’s Business Network in 2018. In addition to being a dedicated wife, mother and running her business, Donna supports the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation, Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation and Ottawa Heart Institute. When she isn’t working you will find her running the streets in preparation for her next marathon race.
