Emma is a Partner of Horton International and a member of the firm's global Life Sciences Practice. She focuses on searches for senior executive leaders, board and sub-board members, both Interim and permanent hires, for pharmaceutical, biotech and diagnostics companies. Emma has recruited for publicly held and private organisations across EMEA, with focus in Technology and Life Sciences.

Her recruitment career spans 20 years, where she spent 10 years with a leading Global recruitment company, before moving into executive search. Prior to joining Horton International, Emma worked with another international Executive Search firm and a boutique Life Sciences focused firm. Emma is a passionate and committed Diversity and Inclusion advocate.
