Marleen Redeker
Managing Partner
Biography
Marleen Redeker (1983) completed her master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology at Leiden University in 2007. Immediately after her studies, she started her career at TNO in the field of work and health. She then decided to further specialize in leadership, behavior and culture, and started a PhD program at VU Amsterdam. In 2012, Marleen obtained her PhD on the development of a 360-degree feedback instrument that maps leadership, with which she researched different perspectives on leadership. This instrument was successfully launched on the international market. Marleen continued her career in leadership, behavior and culture by fulfilling a dual role at Berenschot for 4 years. On the one hand she worked in Organizational and Leadership Development and on the other hand as an Assessment Psychologist. Marleen then moved from this advisory role to a supervisory role. As a supervisor specialist in governance, behavior and culture at De Nederlandsche Bank, she supervised the leadership of financial institutions in the Netherlands and abroad. Marleen is goal-oriented, social and decisive. Because of her open attitude she knows how to connect easily at all levels in organizations. The combination with her naturally investigative and sharply analytical attitude makes her a solid conversation partner. This, together with her knowledge and experience in the field of leadership, behavior and culture from a research, advisory and supervisory role, makes her the right person to set up a new assessment department within TEN.
