About me
Max graduated as a Sociologist from the University of Louvain, Belgium. Upon returning to Chile, he worked as an ODEPLAN staff member (current Ministerio de Desarrollo Social). Later on, he studied a Master's in Economics at Boston University, USA.
For more than four years, Max served as Vice-Chairman for Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros (the Chilean Securities and Insurance Supervisory Entity). Afterwards, he acted as representative of Prudential Securities in Chile, focused on investment portfolios in international capital markets.
After acting as an independent consultant, in 1994, Max founded Amrop MV Consulting, one of the pioneer executive search firms in Chile.
He has been a Professor at MBA Programs for different universities in Chile. Currently, Max is a Senior Advisor at Endeavor Chile, a non-profit organization whose mission is to select, mentor and accelerate the best high-impact entrepreneurs around the world.
