After his master degree in Political Sciences, he started to work as a key account, working for Insurance and Financial Companies for about five years. In the 1984's, he started his long career as a Business H.R. Consultant, with three leading companies: Egor, ORGA-MCM and Studio Staff in Rome, until January 2018. At this time Mario joined MCS-Selection Group as Senior and HeadHunter Consultant. During all these periods, his main business was on search and selection projects, for more than 250 different industrial companies, especially in the Mechanical, Automotive, Entertainment, Food&Beverage and Retail field. He's a good coach; also an excellent communicator; one of its main features is the attention to details and customer needs.
