Kristy L. Honiotes is a Managing Director of Crist|Kolder Associates. Prior to joining the firm in January 2015, she spent nine years in the Chicago office of Spencer Stuart, a leading global executive search and leadership consulting firm. Most recently, she was a Research Analyst within the Industrial and Energy Practices. Her client work spans all industrial sectors, with particular expertise in the Automotive, Energy, Industrial Machinery and Transportation markets, as well as functional disciplines including Finance, General Management, Operations and Engineering. Kristy graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science in Communication Studies, with an emphasis in Organizational and Corporate Communication.
