One of the founding partners of Isaacson, Miller’s healthcare practice, Denise has conducted leadership searches for academic medicine institutions, teaching hospitals, academic professional societies, and certifying boards. Her recruitments include CEOs, chairs, deans, and senior administrators. She also leads executive searches for a broad range of colleges and universities as well as professional associations. Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller, Denise served as chief operating officer of the Caribbean Food and Nutrition Institute of the Pan American Health Organization regional office for the World Health Organization. In that role, she was based out of the University of the West Indies campus in Kingston, Jamaica. Denise spent the early years of her career working for the White House Cabinet Committee on opportunities for Spanish-speaking people in Washington, DC.
