Amy is a Director leading our Global Professional Services practice, supporting consulting and advisory clients with executive search and talent advisory services at the Partner / Managing Director and senior functional leadership levels. In addition, through her commitment to diversity, Amy leads Leathwaite’s partnerships with Girls Who Code and #TechSheCan.

Given her experience in appointing global, regional and functional heads of technology, Amy continues to lead our Global Wholesale Financial Services CIO / CTO practice.

Having joined Leathwaite’s London office in 2010, Amy relocated to Hong Kong in 2012 to lead the CIO practice. In 2015 she relocated once again, this time to New York where she led our US CIO and COO practice, before returning to the UK at the end of 2018.

Amy graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2003 with an honours degree in Economics.
