I am a self-motivating, enthusiastic individual accustomed to taking the initiative. I also regard myself as a team player with the determination, focus, and drive to do well in anything I set my mind to. I am a skilled communicator, compassionate, and reliable to the needs of others. I pride myself on being punctual and hardworking. Through my variety of experiences, I have been able to learn and develop skills such as leadership and communication. I am eager to utilize these skills, seek new challenges, and aim to discover opportunities to do this. I have always pushed myself to manage to deal with the stresses of college/university and to also gain experience by having part-time jobs. Some of these jobs include retail, waitressing, call centers, and working with children. I also speak Albanian fluently as both my parents are from Kosovo. I recently was part of a team that was helping a small business in Brighton to try to further expand its services to students on campus. We used our marketing skills to be able to give advice to our clients on how they can influence students to be interested in their business.
