Connor brings 7 years of recruiting experience to his role as an Associate Director with Arrow Search Partners. Connor is a graduate of Manhattanville College in Westchester, NY where he was a four year member of the men’s lacrosse team and earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management. He focuses on the financial services industry, specifically within the front office space. His expertise includes facilitating moves within investment banking and helping candidates transition from investment banking to private equity. Connor works to guide bankers and investment professionals of all levels on all aspects of interviewing and career development.
