Neil is a founding partner at Leathwaite having set the business up in 1999. Neil leads the search business globally across all functions and has a particular focus on the global CFO market.

His primary coverage is C-suite appointments in investment banking, commercial and retail banking as well as fintech and payments businesses. Based in London, he has completed numerous global searches across the UK, Europe, America and Asia working with clients by sourcing talent, advising on operating models and delivering on talent management solutions.

Prior to Leathwaite, Neil worked for a number of global recruitment companies, joining BBM Associates in 1997, where he concentrated on recruiting accounting and operations professionals into support functions.
